Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing SaleTurkishTowels.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a Turkish manufacturer and exporter of private label Turkish towels, bathrobes, blankets, bed linen and related home textiles.

Because almost all of our orders are made-to-order, customized or produced specifically for each client (logos, labels, colours, sizes, packaging etc.), our refund and return rules are different from a standard retail shop.

  1. Scope of this Policy

1.1. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all wholesale, OEM and private label orders placed with us by business customers (B2B).

1.2. We do not sell standard consumer products via this website. Therefore, most EU consumer “14-day return” rules do not apply to our business orders.

  1. Made-to-Order and Private Label Production

2.1. All products are woven, dyed, finished and packed according to the specifications agreed in the proforma invoice, purchase order or technical sheet.

2.2. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind,
  • slow sales or overstock,
  • incorrect information, colours, sizes or artwork sent by the buyer,
  • small commercial tolerances in colour, GSM, size or weave that are usual in textile production.
  1. Quality Claims and Defective Products

3.1. We stand behind our quality and will always try to solve any real production problem in a fair and professional way.

3.2. If you receive goods that are clearly defective or damaged, please contact us in writing within:

  • 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt for visible transport damage, and
  • 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt for production/quality defects.

3.3. In your claim, please include:

  • your company name and invoice number,
  • clear photos and/or videos showing the issue,
  • quantity affected and description of the defect.

3.4. We may ask you to return a sample of the defective product to us or to an agreed address for technical inspection. In that case, we will inform you who pays the return transport depending on the situation.

  1. Possible Solutions

4.1. After reviewing your claim, we may offer one or more of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • replacement of the defective quantity in a future shipment,
  • a credit note to be deducted from your next order,
  • a partial refund for the affected quantity.

4.2. Full order refunds are not provided except in very exceptional cases where the complete shipment is proven to be unusable for the agreed purpose and the issue is clearly caused by our production.

  1. Transport Damage

5.1. If the cartons or pallets arrive visibly damaged, please:

  • ask the transport company to note the damage on the delivery document, and
  • take photos of the pallets/cartons before opening them.

5.2. Then inform us as soon as possible so we can support with the transport claim and help to find a solution.

  1. Samples

6.1. Paid samples are normally non-refundable.

6.2. In some cases, sample costs may be deducted from a future bulk order, if this was clearly agreed in writing before placing the order.
