What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, weave and customisation level. For most standard towels, peshtemals and blankets, MOQ typically starts from 200–300 pcs per colour / model.
For custom jacquard designs, special yarns or custom-dyed colours, MOQ is higher. Send your target specs and we confirm the MOQ quickly.
Do you offer private label and OEM production?
Yes. We are a manufacturer in Türkiye and we specialise in private label / OEM for brands, hotels, spas and retailers.

Do you offer samples? What is your sample policy?
We do not work with free showroom samples. Our system is based on a pilot order model.
The “sample” is taken directly from the first pilot production using the final fabric, weave, colours and finishing — so you validate true production quality, not a prototype.
After approval, the pilot order continues into full production and scale quantities.
What is your standard production time?
Lead time depends on volume and customisation. As a general guideline:
- Standard towels & peshtemals: approx. 2–4 weeks
- Custom jacquard / special colours: approx. 4–6 weeks
- Large blanket & bed linen programs: planned together
We confirm the estimated timeline before order confirmation.
Are your products OEKO-TEX® certified?
Yes. Our main production lines use OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics and yarns.
Certificates can be shared on request for your records or presentations.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export from Türkiye to EU & UK, Scandinavia, USA & Canada, plus Dubai (UAE) and Qatar.

What are your payment terms?
Payment terms depend on the project type and order size. For new customers, we keep the process simple and production is confirmed after order approval.
If you need a specific payment structure, share your preference and we will confirm what is possible for your project.
Can you customise colours, sizes and designs?
Yes — we can customise colours, sizes, weave patterns and branding details.
