Gym & Sports Towel Manufacturer in Turkey
Cotton towel production for fitness operators, sports clubs, studios, distributors and private label brands. Develop your programme around use, construction, branding and repeat supply.
Cotton Towel Production for Gyms, Clubs & Active Brands
Nesis coordinates towel manufacturing in Denizli, Türkiye, with export coordination from Konya. We work with commercial buyers who need agreed dimensions, weight, colour, finishing and branding for a repeatable production programme.
Club-operated laundry and branded retail collections require different specifications. Tell us whether towels will be issued on site, sold under your label or supplied across several locations. Our cotton towel manufacturing and private label production routes provide the starting point.
Gym & Sports Towel Applications
Gym & Workout Towels
Compact cotton terry towels for workout use, equipment areas and changing rooms. Specify dimensions and target finished weight alongside GSM to balance absorbency, handling and drying.
Fitness Clubs & Studios
Hand, face and shower towel programmes for single-site operators or club groups. Plan quantity by location, colour and size, with a defined laundering brief and replenishment schedule.
Sports Clubs & Team Programmes
Cotton towels for training, travel and club merchandise. Embroidery and labels can identify your programme; artwork, placement and quantities per design are reviewed before quotation.
Yoga & Pilates Studio Towels
Cotton terry towels for studio use, showers and guest comfort, with selected flat-woven alternatives where suitable. These are textile projects; non-slip mat technology is not a standard feature.
Cotton Golf Towel Projects
Cotton towel concepts for golf retailers, clubs and branded collections. Confirm size, finish and logo requirements. Attachment details need a separate feasibility review; grommets, clips and specialist hardware are not assumed.
Choose the Construction for Your Programme
100% Cotton Terry Options
Choose pile construction, yarn, hand-feel and border details for the intended application. Existing towel programmes include approximately 400, 450–500, 550–600 and 650–700 GSM options; the suitable combination of construction, size, colour and quantity is confirmed for your project.
Use the thickness guide and towel yarn comparison to define the brief.
GSM, Dimensions & Finished Weight
GSM alone does not define a towel. Provide finished dimensions, target GSM or piece weight, shrinkage expectations and packing requirements. Higher weight can affect drying time, laundry capacity and freight.
Our GSM and weight chart helps you compare specifications. Selected woven cotton alternatives can be evaluated for lighter studio or branded textile concepts.

Custom Colours, Embroidery & Private Label Branding
Colour development, logo technique and finishing are reviewed with your order breakdown. A colour or construction change can affect MOQ, cost and production timing.
Embroidery
Provide artwork, logo dimensions, thread colours and placement. Stitch density and backing must suit the towel and its laundering environment.
Woven / Jacquard Branding
Woven borders or jacquard branding are evaluated against artwork, yarn construction and production quantity. Feasibility and MOQ are confirmed rather than assumed.
Labels & Packaging
Woven brand labels, care labels, hangtags and private label packaging are planned for the confirmed order and destination. Specify pack format and label content.
See the embroidery and branding guide for artwork preparation. Functional details and special constructions follow our custom development feasibility review.

Commercial Laundering & Repeat Supply
For club-issued towels, share wash temperature, detergent or bleach use, drying method and frequency. For retail towels, agree care instructions and consumer use expectations. Yarn, pile, colour, embroidery, labels and finishing should be selected together.
Absorbency, shrinkage, colour stability, lint and drying performance belong in the agreed specification. No universal wash-cycle count or 90°C colour-laundering promise is made. Keep approved specifications and colour references for replenishment; repeat timing and availability are confirmed when each order is planned.
MOQ & Production Approval
Commercial Production from 500 pcs · Selected Projects from 300 pcs. The applicable minimum depends on colour, construction, design, dimensions and customisation, including the quantity per size/design/colour. Review the MOQ guide when preparing your breakdown.
- Confirm the technical brief, feasibility, quotation and agreed production specification.
- 60% advance at order / custom development start.
- First finished pieces from actual production are presented for approval against the agreed specification.
- Continue bulk production after the approval stage.
- 40% balance before shipment.
First-piece timing, bulk completion and shipment planning are confirmed for each project. Approval concerns the agreed production specifications, branding and placement; changes to the brief require a separate review.
Export & International Delivery
Provide destination country and postcode, delivery requirements and importer details. EXW, DAP or another suitable arrangement is quoted for the project, with transport, customs responsibilities and duties clarified before order confirmation. DDP is considered only where explicitly confirmed; it is not automatic.
Production lead time and transit time are separate. Commercial invoice, packing list and applicable export/origin documentation are planned for the destination. Certification requests are reviewed within documented scope: OEKO-TEX only for the applicable programme, and organic/GOTS options only through appropriate certified supply or yarn partners where applicable. See certification and compliance guidance.
Gym & Sports Towel Production FAQ
What is the MOQ for gym towels?
Commercial production starts from 500 pcs; selected projects may start from 300 pcs. The confirmed MOQ depends on construction, colour, branding and quantities per size/design/colour.
Can we use our club or brand logo?
Embroidery, labels and packaging can be evaluated for the order. Woven or jacquard logos depend on artwork, construction, feasibility and production quantities.
Which GSM should we choose?
Provide the application, size and target finished weight. Cotton terry construction, absorbency, hand-feel and drying requirements are evaluated together; a heavier towel is not automatically the best choice.

How are first finished pieces approved?
After 60% advance at order/custom development start, first finished pieces from actual production are presented for approval. Bulk continuation follows, with 40% balance before shipment.
Can you supply repeat international orders?
Repeat programmes and export delivery can be planned around approved specifications. Quantity, colour, timing, freight and destination requirements are confirmed for each order.
