Production & first-piece approval
After the 60% advance and final specification confirmation, production starts. The first finished pieces are approved by photo/video or courier against the agreed artwork, positioning and specifications; approval is not a redesign stage.
Balance & UK dispatch
Bulk production continues after approval. The 40% balance is paid before shipment, followed by agreed packing, documentation and EXW, FOB or DAP dispatch.
UK FAQ
What is your MOQ for private label towels?
Commercial production is normally planned from 500 pcs per design / colour. Selected standard or simple towel projects may be reviewed from 300 pcs; custom colours, yarn-dyed and jacquard constructions can require higher quantities.
Do you offer free samples?
No. NESIS does not operate a showroom, stock or free-sample system. After the 60% advance, the first finished production pieces can be approved by photo/video or courier. This verifies the agreed specification and is not a redesign stage. A paid prototype is exceptional and project-based.
Can you quote DAP delivery to the UK?
Yes. We can prepare a DAP UK quotation once quantity, carton structure and delivery postcode are confirmed.
Can you do private label branding?
Yes. Depending on the product, we can support woven labels, embroidery, belly bands and packaging customization.
What are your payment and approval terms?
Standard terms are 60% advance and 40% balance before shipment. After production starts, the first finished pieces are approved by photo/video or courier against the confirmed specification. This approval is not a redesign stage; bulk production then continues.
Which certification and compliance options are available?
OEKO‑TEX® Standard 100 options are available. UK REACH requirements are evaluated according to the market and project. GOTS programmes are handled project by project through certified supply partners; the NESIS facility is not independently GOTS licensed.
